GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Stéphane Pannetier Le Hénaff Independent seller – Micro-BNC VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI
Article 1 – Objet These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sales of products made by Stéphane Pannetier Le Hénaff(Hereinafter "the Seller") to any buyer, individual or professional (hereinafter "the Customer"), via the online store operated on the Shopify platform.
Article 2 – Products The products offered for sale are photographic and/or artistic works produced and shipped by Whitewall Media GmbH, Europaallee 59, 50226 Frechen, Germany. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the online store.
Article 3 – Prices Prices are indicated in euros (€), all charges included. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the CGI by the seller Stéphane Pannetier Le Hénaff.The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order The order is validated after acceptance of these GTC and confirmation of payment. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
Article 5 – Production and shipping The products are produced and shipped by Whitewall Media GmbH. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and production conditions.Delivery is made worldwide. Any customs fees and import taxes applicable in the country of destination are the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal In accordance with the applicable regulations, custom-made or personalized products are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code) for firm sales for collections:les 'Fleurs Sauvages' et la 'Saga de La boite de Pandore'. Complaints relating to a manufacturing defect or a damaged product are handled directly by Whitewall Media GmbH.
Article 7 - Complaints and after-sales service any complaint must be addressed as soon as possible. Whitewall Media GmbH takes care of complaints related to the quality and delivery of products for affiliated Shopify merchants.
Article 8 - Liability The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or defects attributable to Whitewall Media GmbH or carriers. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 9 - Personal data The data collected during the order are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the online store, in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 10 - Applicable law These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Otherwise, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
