GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

2. Purpose These GTC govern the sales of products made on the site [URL of your shop] between the seller and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer").

3. Products and prices Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, the products being invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order.

4. Order The validation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent after each order.

5. Payment Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are secure via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped within [X] working days. Delivery times are given as an indication.

7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without reason.

8. Returns and refunds In the event of withdrawal, the Customer returns the product at his own expense. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the return for non-firm sales.

 Returns and refunds do not apply to firm sales for the following two collections: 'Wild Flowers' / 'Wild Flowers' and 'The Saga of Pandora's Box' collection. All complaints are handled by WhiteWall without direct contact with artist Stéphane Pannetier Le Hénaff.

9. Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal recourse. All complaints are handled by WhiteWall without direct contact with artist Stéphane Pannetier Le Hénaff.

10. Applicable law These GTC are subject to French law.
